Returns Policy
We want you to be loving your TAP the label tee. So if you’re not 100% satisfied, we will gladly accept your return in exhange for store credit within 7 days of delivery.
To return an item please email us at hello@tapthelabel.com.au From there we will provide you with a return number & our return address. Please make sure your name and the return address number can also be found on the parcel.
Please ensure that all tags remain attached & garments remain unworn to qualify for an eligible return.
Sorry! We do not offer exchanges - once your return is received you will be provided with STORE CREDIT that you can use to purchase a new tee.
Sale items are final and are not eligible for return for a refund, store credit and exchange. Items permanently marked down, or items purchased using a discount code (excluding the welcome code), are considered sale items.

STORE CREDITS
Once we have received your returned item, we will issue you with store credit via a Gift Card, this can be used on all items in store. Our gift cards expire after 1 year, giving you plenty of time to find the perfect replacement tee.
RETURNS COSTS
The cost of sending back your return is at the customer’s expense. TAP the label does not provide returns labels or cover the cost of return shipping for you to send back an item.
Items must be returned to us using a trackable courier or registered post. Returns will not be accepted without the return tracking number provided by the customer, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
All returns must be APPROVED by the TAP the label customer care team PRIOR to being sent back.
FAULTY & DAMAGED ITEMS
If you feel like your item is faulty please email us at hello@tapthelabel.com.au within 7 days of receiving your tee. Please be sure to include an image and description of the fault. Our customer service team will then be in touch. In line with ACCC guidelines - TAP the label will issue a full refund in the event that the items cannot be replaced.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
All pre-orders are classified as a custom-made goods as we would not have ordered them if you had not purchased them, as such they are non-refundable. Pre-orders can be returned for store credit. This does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as you may still have warranties or guarantees on the products description, fit for purpose and quality. For more information on this please refer to the Australian Consumer Law rights of a consumer.
All pre-orders are classified as custom orders and as such full payment is required on pre-orders. If you choose to cancel your order, you will forfeit all or part of your money.
Shipping of pre-orders is commonly between 3 to 6 weeks. However, pre-orders can be delayed, due to issues that may arise which are out of our control, such as Australian custom clearances, inclement weather or strikes.
